Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order (before dispatch).

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

We offer exchange only in case of:

Damaged product received

Wrong item delivered

To request an exchange, you must share a proper unboxing video within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Refunds are only processed if:

The product is out of stock, OR

Order is cancelled from our side

No return or refund for “change of mind” reasons.
